Particular disability in learning comprises an incongruent group of children who have some problems in the various areas of learning. These problems make life time effects for individuals that seems to be much more than reading, writing, and accounting and heavily influence on some areas such as health, (ROGVANHA and coworkers, 2004) mental health, interpersonal relationships, keeping education, employment facilities and so on.
