| Nanophase zinc ferrite (ZnFe2O4) has been prepared by co-precipitation technique under stoichiometric conditions, followed by calcination at temperatures 673 and 1073 K. The effect of temperature on particle size has been studied using X-ray diffraction. The particle size of samples was in the range of 8.7-33.5nm. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy confirmed the presence of zinc ferrite at all temperatures. |
